CANCELLATIONS MADE
1. More than thirty (30) days prior arrival have right to a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the deposit.
2. Between thirty (30) and fifteen (15) days prior arrival will get a refund of twenty-five percent (25%) of deposit.
3. Fewer than fifteen (15) days prior arrival will have NO RIGHTS to a refund of the deposit.
All taxes, administrative costs and commissions for any refunds made will be charged to the customer and therefore discounted from the devolution. There are no exceptions to this policy.
